How it works

Send files, share a link, and let recipients download until the flight expires.

Send a Flight

  1. Add one or more files, or a folder, on the home page.
  2. Sign in, or confirm the email address FileFlight sends you. A guest confirms that address before the upload starts, and again for each new flight.
  3. Wait for the malware scan. A cleared flight can be shared. A partially scanned flight can be shared with a warning. A flight with an infected file stays blocked.
  4. Copy the link or email up to 10 recipients.

Receive a Flight

Open the link, enter the password if the sender set one, and download a file or everything at once. The page shows when the flight expires.

Plans & Expiry

Free flights stay available for 7 days. Business flights stay available for 30 days. First Class flights stay available for 90 days. The clock starts when the upload finishes. Signed-in senders can revoke a flight from their dashboard. Guests cannot revoke a flight.

Support

Email support@fileflight.com for help, abuse reports, or an account deletion. Deletion is handled by support: an admin removes the account after that request.
